You will be provided a refund or replacement for the following reasons-
- If your item is damaged, defective or mutilated condition;
- Received a product that is different from that you have ordered
- Changed your mind to buy the item you ordered
- Moreover, you make email us -email@example.com with proper photos or videos of malfunctioning or damaged product you received.
- All the items that you need to return must be in their original condition. Your product must contain price tags, warranty card, original accessories and same manufacturer box or packaging packet as delivered to you.
- Promotional items, gift cards, clearance and sale products are not applicable for return or exchange.
- Our policy lasts for 30 thirty days. In case 30 days have gone since your shopping, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Follow these steps to receive your refund:
- Keeping in mind you will get a refund if your products are not used and are still in original condition and covering.
- Used products or damaged product will not be considered for return or refund.
- Please email us your return authorisation number with a proper detailed reason for return. You also need to send images or videos that support your reason for return.
- After you get approval from our support team, you will receive RA# and address of your near store where you can mail the product you want to return.
- Use trackable mail service to assure your refund. Our company is not responsible for your lost or missing packages. However, you will also pay for your shipping costs while returning.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will receive your fund with a deduction of shipping charges.
- Your product will be first examined by us and then will be issued to your method of payment. You will get your email receipt in your email used for shopping.
Delayed or Missing refunds (if applicable)
If you did not receive your fund, firstly check your bank account. If you paid through credit card, it might take some time before your fund is legitimately posted. Unless may contact your bank.
If still you have not received your refund, then contact our support team.
Cancelling your Order
If you cancel your order after processes and shipped, then you will be assessed 20 % cancellation fees to cover restocking fees, and charges are assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
